Home Buying Services

  • It all begins with a conversation. To understand your goals and timeline, to see what next steps need to be taken (such as financing, or a lease end date), we can iron out a process to get you in the door of your new home :)

  • Getting “pre-approved” ensures that a bank will give you a loan for a home, lets you know how much you can afford, and how much you can anticipate your monthly payment being. I will work with your lender or connect you with someone who can meet your unique needs, and work with them all the way to the closing table.

  • Once we narrow down your price and location, we will set up searches so you are notified any time a home comes on the market that meets your criteria. From these searches you can save and notify me that you would like to tour the home.

  • In today’s market, most buyers will tour several homes before going under contract. Having an agent who is on top of their schedule, and has flexibility to work with your availability is a must.

  • Competency is key when it comes to writing contracts quickly in Denver’s fast paced market. I bring thoroughness and creativity to the table to help you have a winning bid on the house you love.

  • Negotiation is problem solving. Understanding and finding win-win solutions for both the seller and you as a buyer is my goal in throughout the buying process.

  • A general contract from offer to close is 30 days in Colorado. In that timeframe negotiation, inspections, appraisal, title insurance, financing, final walkthrough, and closing all have to be scheduled and completed. As your agent I will coordinate with these parties on your behalf and keep you informed through each step of the process.

  • My goal is to set clear expectations and keep you informed through each step of the process. Also, there are hundreds of pages of documents that will be signed and collected throughout the buying process. I will share these with you as we go, and keep them organized all the way to close.

  • I provide professional photography for all of my clients listing their home. No cell phone pictures allowed! With crisp, well defined photos we will drive more eyes of potential buyers to your home.

  • Uploading your home to the multiple listing service makes sure that every home buyer working with an agent will have access and be aware of your home on the market. We will also sync your home’s info to be included on all the popular home search sites.

  • Using state of the art technology we will show your home to potential buyers, accommodating your schedule and any security concerns you may have.

  • Once we receive offers, I will comb through the contracts and make sure you understand everything an offer entails and highlight the main information. I will also play advisor on multiple offer scenarios and remind you of your home sale goals.

  • Upon receiving offers and going under contract, buyer’s agents begin to ask for everything they can to help their clients (as they should!).
